At Concrete Enterprises, Inc. (CEI), our decades of success are built on a foundation of experienced leadership, dedicated field teams, and a shared commitment to hard work.

Our History & Leadership  CEI was initially founded in 1974 by owner Greg Wencl and two partners. Greg’s vision for the company focused on reliable, high-quality service for the commercial and agricultural sectors, and he has proudly served as the sole owner of the business since 1992. Under his long-term guidance, CEI has weathered decades of industry changes while remaining a staple of dependable craftsmanship in the region.

Day-to-Day Operations  The daily momentum at CEI is driven by our Project Manager, Brad Hoffman. Brad handles the vital mechanics of our business, overseeing day-to-day field operations, precise estimating, and project scheduling. His expertise ensures that our clients receive accurate bids and that every job progresses efficiently from initial scheduling to the final pour.

Our Field Force  The true strength of CEI lies in the skilled hands of our dedicated workforce. To meet the demands of our busy commercial and agricultural clients, our operational goal is to maintain three specialized field crews, with approximately five employees on each crew. While our exact numbers fluctuate based on the scale of our current projects and our ongoing search for top-tier local talent, every team member we bring to your job site is fully committed to efficiency, safety, and quality.
